European by design
Our servers run on Scaleway in France. Your data is stored and processed within the European Union, protected by GDPR and European law. Hosting, CDN, email, payments, DNS — all European providers. No US Cloud Act exposure. No FISA 702 risk. The full provider list is below.
No tracking, no ads, no data sales
We use two cookies: one for your session, one for your language preference. That's it. No analytics scripts. No third-party trackers. No retargeting pixels. We don't monetize your attention or your data.
How we process your content
When you submit a take, it passes through a quality gate: text length check, spam detection, and content moderation. Comments are anonymized before processing — only the text is analyzed, never your identity. Syntheses are generated from anonymized contributions. Your data is never used to train external models.
Your data, your rights
Pax is governed by Luxembourg law. You can access, export, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. No dark patterns, no 47-step cancellation process.
